Attendee Code of Conduct
At Marketplace Events, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and staff. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and considerate manner at all times, treating others with dignity and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, or any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe will not be tolerated in any form, whether in person, online, or in communications related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome comments, offensive or discriminatory language, or actions that interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy the event. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to event staff, security, or by visiting the show office. Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.

Yes! If you are unable to find your pre-purchased tickets in your inbox, go ahead and request a resend HERE.
What does parking look like?
Parking is available onsite, in limited supply, for free.
Once that has filled, there is further free parking within the NICE parking structure located at 75 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy, UT 84070 right across the street from the venue.
There will be a FREE shuttle on SATURDAY of the event taking guests from the Main Entrance of the event to the NICE parking structure all thanks to ShelfGenie!
Can I bring a pet?
We love our furry friends and want to keep them safe. This is not possible with all of the crowds, strollers, and foods. Please leave them safely at home. Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.
Is there food onsite available for purchase?
Yes, there are several concessions stands available.
Can I bring my own food into the event?
Yes - you are able to bring your own food or snacks into the event.
Can I bring a backpack or bag?
Yes, you can bring your own bag - we will also have plastic bags offered while supplies last at the entry of the show.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes - we ask that you please bring strollers that are only a single bassinet wide.

I don't like crowds - when is it best to visit?
To avoid crowds Friday afternoon, or any evening would be the best time to visit the show.

Will Santa be at the show?
Yes - Santa will be making a stop at the Salt Lake Family Christmas Gift Show each day from 12pm - 4pm to hear your wish list and take pictures!
Santa is so excited to take pictures with all of you at the show and hear what you want for Christmas. The ho ho health and safety of our exhibitors, staff and guests is our top priority. To keep all of our guests, as well as Santa Claus himself safe, while at the show, we are no longer able to permit guests to sit on Santa’s lap. Don’t worry! You may sit or stand next to him for your photos or videos.

We have a fantastic stage with hourly performances from local teams and entertainers. We also have some fantastic fun for gift wrapping, bag check and more!

What are the Wristband Terms and Conditions?
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Salt Lake Family Christmas Gift Show wristbands distributed November 12-14, 2026.
Each wristband permits admission for one (1) guest and is valid for entry on all three days of the show during official show hours, November 12-14, 2026.
Marketplace Events reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest whose wristband has been cut, removed, altered, or otherwise tampered with. Resale or transfer of wristbands is strictly prohibited.
By purchasing, accepting, or using a wristband, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and consent to be bound by them.
How do I receive my wristband?
Please check in at the front entrance and present your tickets. The number of tickets listed on your confirmation will determine the number of wristbands distributed.
Once everyone in your party has received and put on their wristbands, you may proceed to the line to have your wristbands scanned.
